Bishop Thomas Johnston
Bishop Thomas “TJ” Johnston is the bishop of The Living Waters Network of the Anglican Mission in the Americas. All clergy of All Souls Church work under the delegated authority of Bishop TJ.
In addition to His responsibilities as Bishop, TJ is the Senior Pastor of St. Peter’s Church in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.

The Rev. Gene Strickland - Missionary/Rector
Gene was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He married his high school sweetheart (Linda) and together they have one adult son (Shon).
After serving in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman, Gene continued in the field of Criminal Justice for over two decades where he held positions in law enforcement, education and training and executive leadership.
While in this field Gene earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
After several years of discerning God’s call to ordained ministry, Gene and Linda left their home in Tallahassee and moved to Sewanee, TN where he attended seminary at The University of the South earning his Master of Divinity Degree in 2003.
After being ordained, Gene served three years as the Associate Rector at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, FL.
In June of 2006, Gene was invited to come on staff at All Souls Church and on November 1, 2006 was called as their new Rector.
Gene’s primary gifting is in leadership. He has a heart and passion for Worship, Discipleship and Outreach.
Linda is the Associate Director of Ministry at Christian Healing Ministries in Jacksonville, Fl.

Charles lives in Jacksonville with his wife Sharon.
The Rev. Patrick Kelly - Missionary/Priest
Patrick lives in Jacksonville with his wife Charity. They have four children Sarah, Grace, Brendan, and Lillian.

Henry Glover - Parish Administrator
Henry is a native of Florida. He and his wife Evelyn live in Orange Park and have been members of All Souls since 1981. They have one daughter and son-in-law, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Henry began his service at All Souls January 1, 2003.
