WORSHIP IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF ALL SOULS

The desire to enter into God's presence and to bless Him with heartfelt praise has been the foundation upon which God has built this family of believers. Our services are liturgical and sacramental, integrating the ancient with the contemporary.

Music leadership is provided by the All Souls Worship Band, a contemporary praise team. Hymns, as well as contemporary music are backed by acoustic guitar, piano, synthesizer, flute, bass and percussion. The music is not performance oriented, but exists to glorify God and assist the congregation in worship.

Sunday worship services begin at 9:50 A.M. We are a family oriented church and use Holy Eucharist: Rite Two from the Book of Common Prayer. Worship begins as people enter the auditorium and prepare themselves. At 10:00 A.M., we begin the Processional song. Upbeat praise then leads into more meditative worship until the opening collects.

Before the 10:00 A.M. service, children go directly to their special worship time. This is a time of music, teaching and prayer, after which the children return to the service to receive communion with their families.

It is through the power of prayer that God reveals His will for us as individuals and as a body, that He bestows His healing mercies upon us, and that He draws us closer to Him as disciples of Jesus Christ.  Prayer at the altar is available after taking Communion.

All baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord's Table.
